It has been our honor to provide your baby with their newborn hearing screen.

In order to ensure proper billing for the procedure, your baby needs to be enrolled in a health insurance plan. To ensure your claim is submitted to the correct insurance company, please make sure you provide the most accurate information to Babies First. Failure to enroll your baby and provide the correct insurance information could result in financial responsibility for the services rendered.

If you have a commercial insurance plan, please ensure you alert your employer of the birth of your baby. If you have a government insurance plan, please make sure you inform your case manager as soon as possible. Most carriers require newborns to be added to the insurance plan within 21 to 30 days from date of birth.
